Meet the Team

Jon is the Founder of J BE Sports Management. An FA & FIFA Licenced Agent since 2024. 

Starting in 2017 Jon cut his teeth in football by gaining his coaching badges and coached various teams from U9's - 15's. Jon progressed into Talent ID, gaining the FA level 2 Talent Identification Qualification, as well as the Profession Football Scouts Association qualifications in Talent Identification, Technical Scouting,  Performance Analysis and Opposition Analysis. Spending 2 years as a Scout for Sheffield United. For a further 2 years Jon was an Accommodation provider for Huddersfield Town.

This background gives Jon an invaluable insight into the needs and requirements of both players and clubs.

Becoming a FIFA Qualified Football Agent was the next step in Jon's career. Passing the FIFA Football Agents exam in 2024 and launching J BE Sports Management to help players with high potential, realise their ambitions
